Ratelco Properties has been providing telecommunications sites in the greater Puget Sound region since 1955.   We currently manage and/ or own 11 tower and rooftop sites in western Washington.  Our sites are professionally managed and maintained with year round access.

Cougar Mountain

Cougar Mountain near Eastgate provides coverage for King County and most of Southern Snohomish County.   The site is secure, well established, designated by King County as a major communication site and is easily accessible from the greater Seattle area within 30-45 minutes.

Building: 15 buildings located at the base of towers. Emergency power available at all locations.

Crista

Crista is located 11 miles north of downtown Seattle. This site provides coverage for North Seattle to Everett. Access is via residential streets.

1001 4th Ave

This site is located in downtown Seattle between 3rd and 4th Avenue and provides coverage for the downtown Seattle business district.

Kent

The Kent site is located 4.5 miles SE of SeaTac Airport. The site provides coverage for SeaTac, I-5 and Highway 167. Access is by residential streets.

Mercer Building

This site is located at the south end of Lake Union, approximately two blocks west of I-5 adjacent to the Mercer street on-ramp. Access is via residential streets.

Fife Heights

Fife Heights overlooks I-5 from Tacoma to Federal Way, and Sea-Tac Airport. East to Maple Valley, Puyallup and Auburn. West to Puget Sound and Vashon Island.
